Hollow Fibers Ultrafiltration:- 

UF membranes are at disposal in a wide range of variety and material. Hydrotech Engineering S.r.l. developed is FW packaged  UF line utilizing the technology of hollow fibers membranes.  Hydrotech Engineering S.r.l. can utilize single fibers membranes  from 0,7 up to 1,5mm inside diameter for water with high  suspended solids load, or multibore membranes for a very high  mechanical resistance, mainly realized in PES or other material,  The hollow fibers membranes with this wide range of diameter presents an optimum of partly conflicting targets like high packing density, easy backwashibility, low fouling tendency, low operating costs, high permeability, and at the same time good mechanical strength ensuring membrane integrity. A major concern remains the membrane integrity which is directly compromised by broken fibers. Due to their dimensions, single bore fibers are particularly fragile under the stresses they endure in the frequent backwashing cycles.
